Product introduction

Nactiz Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

Some of the common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these side effects.

The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Before taking it, let your doctor know if you have any problems with your heart, kidneys, and liver. Also, it effectively relieves muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving muscle movement. It works by blocking chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain.

Take it as prescribed by the doctor to get the most benefit. Do not take more or for a longer duration than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. This will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

How Nactiz Tablet works

Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

Yes, the use of Nactiz Tablet can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better. Do not drive or use any machines.
The use of Nactiz Tablet is considered to be harmful for patients with known allergy to any of the components or excipients of this medicine or in patients with known allergy to other painkillers (NSAIDs). The use of this medicine should preferably be avoided in patients with a history of stomach ulcers or in patients with active, recurrent stomach ulcer/bleeding. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.
