Myosetol Forte Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. Take it regularly at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not take it more than or longer than prescribed by the doctor, as that may cause harmful effects.

Myosetol Forte Tablet is a combination of four medicines : Myo-Inositol, L-Methyl Folate Calcium, Vitamin D3, and Melatonin. Myo-inositol works by relaxing the blood vessels and improving blood flow to the legs, toes and fingers, thereby relieving pain. L-Methyl Folate Calcium is a nutritional supplement that provides essential nutrients to our body and improves overall health. Vitamin D3 is a form of vitamin D. It raises vitamin D levels in your blood. This in turn raises calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from food. Melatonin is a natural hormone which regulates the sleep-wake cycle and helps you fall asleep.

Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking Myosetol Forte Tablet as they make it harder for your body to absorb the medicine.
Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems, or if you have ever had kidney stones.
Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications like antihypertensives, antibiotics, or medicines for heart disease or bone disorders.
It is advisable to avoid alcohol while taking Myosetol Forte Tablet.
