Murub Ointment is meant for external use only. Apply it only to the affected area of the skin as per the dosage and schedule prescribed by your doctor. To get the most benefit, apply it regularly, and preferably at the same time each day. Do not use larger amounts or apply it more often or for a longer duration than directed. Doing so may increase the risk of side effects.

Common side effects of Murub Ointment include application site reactions such as a minor burning sensation, irritation, and rashes. These side effects are usually temporary and subside with time. However, if they persist or worsen, consult your doctor.

Avoid any contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. If the medicine accidentally gets into these areas, rinse thoroughly with water. Wash off the medicine immediately if you get a raised and itchy rash, cough, shortness of breath, wheezing or difficulty breathing, fainting, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, throat, or other parts of the body. These may be signs of severe allergic reactions. You should immediately stop using Murub Ointment and consult your doctor. Though unlikely, if you get abdominal cramps and diarrhea, you should stop Murub Ointment immediately and consult your doctor.
