Monocef-O CV 100mg/62.5mg Dry Syrup is used in the treatment of respiratory tract infection.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Dissolve the powder in sterile water. Shake well and use. Monocef-O CV 100mg/62.5mg Dry Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Monocef-O CV 100mg/62.5mg Dry Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Cefpodoxime and Clavulanic Acid. Cefpodoxime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefpodoxime against bacteria.
