Product introduction

Merosya 7 Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not stop taking it until you have completed the course. Regular blood and urine tests to monitor your blood cells and kidney and liver function may be required during treatment with this medicine.


Common side effects of this medicine include increased liver enzymes, hair loss, diarrhea, influenza, and nausea. If any of these side effects bother you, let your doctor know. They may be able to help find ways to treat or manage the side effects.


This medicine should not be taken by pregnant women. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Interaction with drugs

Taking Merosya with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Life-threatening

Natalizumab (Injection Route)

Do not consume Natalizumab with Teriflunomide.

Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) (Injection Route)

Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) should not be used while undergoing treatment with Teriflunomide or for up to 6 months after stopping Teriflunomide.

Sulbactam (Oral Route)

Do not consume Sulbactam with Teriflunomide. Teriflunomide may raise blood levels of Sulbactam.
