Lisium K2 Soft Gelatin Capsule is a combination of vitamins and minerals. Calcitriol works by helping the body to utilize more of the calcium present in ingested foods or supplements and regulating the body's production of parathyroid hormone. Calcium citrate malate is a form of calcium that is easily absorbed by the body. It provides a source of bioavailable calcium, which is readily utilized by the bones and other tissues. Magnesium is essential for bone mineralization and the formation of the bone matrix. Vitamin K2-7 supplementation helps in ameliorating peripheral neuropathy, reducing bone fracture risk, and improving cardiovascular health.

Quick tips

  • Take Lisium K2 Soft Gelatin Capsule after meals, preferably with a glass of water, to help better absorption of this medicine and reduce stomach discomfort.
  • Avoid taking this medicine with high-oxalate foods (like spinach or tea) at the same time, as they may interfere with calcium absorption.
  • Do not take it along with iron or thyroid supplements. Keep at least a 2-hour gap to avoid interaction.

Inform your doctor about all medications, supplements, or herbal products you are taking. Some medications may interact with Lisium K2 Soft Gelatin Capsule, such as diuretics (may increase calcium levels) and antacids containing aluminum or magnesium (may reduce calcium absorption).
