Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lemolate Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Lemolate Plus Tablet with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.
Lemolate Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: paracetamol, caffeine and phenylephrine which relieve common cold symptoms. Paracetamol is a analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain. Caffeine increases the effectiveness of paracetamol. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Lemolate Plus Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lemolate Plus Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation.
Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Lemolate Plus Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Lemolate Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Lemolate Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is advised for dose adjustment.
