Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Kofrid Plus Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Kofrid Plus Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Cetirizine and ambroxol that relieve cold symptoms. Cetirizine is an antiallergic that treats runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
Kofrid Plus Syrup may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Kofrid Plus Syrup may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

It is not known whether Kofrid Plus Syrup alters the ability
to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Kofrid Plus Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Kofrid Plus Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Kofrid Plus Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with l
