  • Coping with Eye irritation and Eye inflammation
Try placing a warm or cold pack over your closed eyes. Putting a chilled black tea bag over your eyes may also help. Remove eye and face make-up before going to bed and wash your face and eyes regularly. Rinse your eyelids gently and pat dry with a clean, dry towel. Do not rub your eyes. Raise your head at night to reduce fluid retention. If your condition does not improve, talk to your doctor. There may be medicines available depending on the cause of the inflammation.

If the symptoms are bad, there may be an alternative medicine, so talk to your doctor. Do not use other eye drops to ease the discomfort without talking to your doctor. To relieve discomfort, try placing a cold compress over your closed eyes few times a day. Try not to touch or rub your eyes. Wear sunglasses when you are outside. Drink enough water to stay hydrated. Do not keep looking at your phone, computer or television screen for long hours.
  • Coping with Blurred vision
You can consider washing your eyes with water. Avoid driving or using tools or machines if your vision is impaired. Do not take your next dose if your vision is still blurry. If it gets worse or does not improve, ask your doctor to recommend eye drops or talk about changing your medications.
