Use it regularly for the best results. Continue using it even if you do not have any symptoms, for as long as it is prescribed. This medicine should not be used to relieve sudden shortness of breath. If sudden shortness of breath occurs, use your rescue inhaler instead.

The most common side effects include dry mouth, cough, tremor, headache, palpitations, muscle cramps, and sometimes shortness of breath. You can help prevent some of these effects by rinsing your mouth and throat with water or brushing your teeth after using your inhaler. Other, rarer side effects may be serious. Talk to your doctor if you are worried about them.

Before using Ipraways Respules, tell your doctor if you have any problems with your kidneys or liver, so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you. Also, tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding to make sure it is safe for you.

• Ipraways Respules is not meant for sudden breathing attacks. Use your rescue inhaler for quick relief.
• Use the correct nebulizer technique and sit upright while inhaling the medicine slowly and deeply.
• Clean and dry the nebulizer parts after each use to prevent infection and ensure proper drug delivery.
• Rinse your mouth or gargle with water after inhalation, especially if you experience dryness or bad taste.
• Dry mouth may occur while using Ipraways Respules; drinking water, maintaining oral hygiene, or using sugar-free candy may help.
• Avoid spraying the medicine into the eyes, as it may worsen symptoms in people with glaucoma.
• Seek medical help immediately if breathing worsens or chest tightness occurs after inhalation.
• Mild tremor or palpitations may occur; consult your doctor if these symptoms become severe or persistent.
• Your doctor may monitor blood potassium levels during treatment, especially in patients with low oxygen levels.
• Consult your doctor urgently if you experience severe breathlessness, bluish lips, or inability to speak full sentences.
