Use it regularly for the best results. Continue using it even if you do not have any symptoms, for as long as it is prescribed. This medicine should not be used to relieve sudden shortness of breath. If sudden shortness of breath occurs, use your rescue inhaler instead.

The most common side effects include dry mouth, cough, tremor, headache, palpitations, muscle cramps, and sometimes shortness of breath. You can help prevent some of these effects by rinsing your mouth and throat with water or brushing your teeth after using your inhaler. Other, rarer side effects may be serious. Talk to your doctor if you are worried about them.

Before using DUOlin 3 Respules 3ml, tell your doctor if you have any problems with your kidneys or liver, so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you. Also, tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding to make sure it is safe for you.

It is usually taken 2 or 3 times a day to help relieve breathing difficulties, such as wheezing or shortness of breath. However, your doctor will decide the right dose and duration of treatment for you. 

Take DUOlin 3 Respules 3ml exactly as prescribed, and do not exceed the recommended dose. Try to take the medicine at evenly spaced times each day if multiple doses are advised. Continue using it for as long as your doctor recommends. If your symptoms do not improve or become worse, consult your doctor.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of DUOlin 3 Respules 3ml, use it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Overdose

Overdose may result in nervousness, headache, tremor, dry mouth, palpitation, rapid heartbeat, chest pain, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, malaise, and sleeplessness.

If overdose is suspected, discontinue the medicine and seek medical help.

• Use DUOlin 3 Respules 3ml only for inhalation through a nebulizer as directed by your doctor; it should not be swallowed.
• Use DUOlin 3 Respules 3ml at the same time each day to help maintain consistent control of breathing symptoms.
• DUOlin 3 Respules 3ml is not meant for sudden breathing attacks. Use your rescue inhaler for quick relief.
• Use the correct nebulizer technique and sit upright while inhaling the medicine slowly and deeply.
• Clean and dry the nebulizer parts after each use to prevent infection and ensure proper drug delivery.
• Rinse your mouth or gargle with water after inhalation, especially if you experience dryness or bad taste.
• Dry mouth may occur while using DUOlin 3 Respules 3ml; drinking water, maintaining oral hygiene, or using sugar-free candy may help.
• Avoid spraying the medicine into the eyes, as it may worsen symptoms in people with glaucoma.
• Seek medical help immediately if breathing worsens or chest tightness occurs after inhalation.
• Mild tremor or palpitations may occur; consult your doctor if these symptoms become severe or persistent.
• Your doctor may monitor blood potassium levels during treatment, especially in patients with low oxygen levels.
• Consult your doctor urgently if you experience severe breathlessness, bluish lips, or inability to speak full sentences.
• Keep regular follow-up appointments so your doctor can review your inhalation technique and treatment plan.
