Pyridostigmine(180 mg)

Uses

Gravitor 180 mg tablet sr is used in the treatment of myasthenia gravis (weakness and rapid fatigue of muscles), paralytic ileus (intestinal blockage), post-operative urinary retention and reversal of effect of skeletal muscle relaxant after surgery.

How it works

Gravitor 180 mg tablet sr belongs to the group of medicines called parasympathomimetics. It acts by inhibiting the enzyme called as acetylcholinesterase and thus allows free transmission of nerve impulses across the neuromuscular junction.
