GEMcal Plus Soft Gelatin Capsule may be taken with or without food. However, take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor; do not take it in more than the recommended dose. It is also advised to take this medicine at a fixed time every day to avoid missing a dose.

Calcium is also required for the healthy muscles, bones, nervous system, and heart. Calcitriol works by helping the body utilize more of the calcium present in ingested foods or supplements and regulating the production of parathyroid hormone. Vitamin K2-7 supplementation helps in ameliorating peripheral neuropathy, reducing bone fracture risk, and improving cardiovascular health. Methylcobalamin corrects vitamin B12 deficiency, thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems. Magnesium oxide is a mineral supplement essential for bone mineralization and the formation of the bone matrix. Boron improves the metabolism of key vitamins and minerals. Zinc oxide provides zinc needed for the body's immune system to work properly.
