Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Galbex-XT Softgel Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Cyanocobalamin is essential for the formation of red blood cells and the proper functioning of the nervous system. Pyridoxine treats and prevents the deficiency of vitamin B6 and improves the functioning of the nervous and immune systems. Chromium picolinate is a highly bioavailable form of chromium, an essential mineral that plays a role in carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. It also aids in the proper functioning of insulin, a hormone that regulates blood sugar levels. Selenious acid works as a source of selenium. Selenium is essential as it helps the body in making proteins that are called antioxidant enzymes which are instrumental in preventing cell damage. Zinc sulfate works as a source of zinc that is needed for the body's immune system to work properly.
