Fertyl-M Tablet

You can take Fertyl-M Tablet with or without food or drink. If you want to get the most out of it, take it every day at the same time. Following the exact plan and amount instructions is very important if you want to get the most out of it. If needed, the doctor may change the dose based on regular monitoring of the reaction.

Most people who take this medicine may experience headaches, dizziness, breast enlargement in men, breast pain, hot flushes, ovarian enlargement, and gastrointestinal disturbances. You should tell your doctor about any of these side effects that do not go away or get worse. They might be able to help by changing the amount you take or giving you a different medicine.

Some medical problems, like liver disease, hormonal imbalances, abnormal uterine bleeding, or ovarian cysts, may mean that Fertyl-M Tablet is not right for those people. Women who are pregnant should not take this medicine because it could harm the developing baby. Because this medicine might make you dizzy, be careful doing things that need clear vision and mental alertness. For safety reasons, you should also tell your doctor about all the other drugs you are taking.

• Female infertility : Used in women who have difficulty becoming pregnant because they do not release eggs regularly or properly.

Your doctor will tell you when during your menstrual cycle to start Fertyl-M Tablet. The usual first treatment course is once daily for 5 days. If this does not result in ovulation, your doctor may prescribe two doses once daily for 5 days for the next course, starting at least 30 days after the first course. Treatment is usually limited to a maximum of 3 courses if ovulation does not occur. Do not change the dose yourself.

• If you are male and taking Fertyl-M Tablet, your doctor may recommend semen analysis tests during the treatment.
• Follow your doctor's instructions regarding the dosage and schedule for taking Fertyl-M Tablet.
• If you are using Fertyl-M Tablet for ovulation induction, your doctor may recommend tracking ovulation at home using ovulation predictor kits or monitoring body temperature. This can help you plan intercourse or any fertility treatments.
• Clomiphene treatment is often limited to a specific number of cycles. If pregnancy does not occur after a certain number of cycles, your healthcare provider may explore other fertility treatments or interventions.
