Ferosky Tablet may be taken with or without food. However, take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor; do not take it in more than the recommended dose. It is also advised to take this medicine at a fixed time every day to avoid missing a dose.

- Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking Ferosky Tablet as they make it harder for your body to absorb the medicine.
- Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications like antihypertensives, antibiotics, or medicines for heart disease or bone disorders.
- Drink 6 to 8 full glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while you are taking this medicine. Do not use a stool softener (laxative) without first asking your doctor.
- Along with taking Ferosky Tablet, take a healthy diet, sleep for a minimum 6-7 hours at night, and reduce stress levels.
