Esnotone Tablet should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It should be taken with food, preferably at a fixed time. Avoid skipping any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose. Simply take the next dose as planned.
Some people may experience a headache, dizziness, vomiting, and abnormal liver function tests as the side effects of this medicine. Please consult your doctor if these side effects persist for a longer duration. You may be monitored with blood tests and liver function tests throughout your treatment.

Breast feeding
CAUTION
Esnotone Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from the body.

Driving
UNSAFE
Esnotone Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney
CAUTION
Esnotone Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.

Liver
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
There is limited data available on the use of Esnotone Tablet in patients with liver disease.

Taking Esnotone with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Sodium Bicarbonate (Oral Route)
Your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Diethylcarbamazine may increase the metabolism of Sodium Bicarbonate.
