It contain a mixture of the natural enzymes which are used to digest food. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

Yes, Endyze is safe to use in most of the patients. However, it may cause some common side effects like stomach pain, diarrhoea, constipation, bloating, feeling sick and other uncommon and rare side effects like a fibrosing colonopathy (a rare bowel condition in which a part of the gut become narrow).
