Elestra Tablet is used in the treatment of polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD)
. It is used to treat symptoms of PCOS such as excessive hair growth (hirsutism), acne and irregular menstrual cycle (periods).
Side Effects of Elestra are Nausea, Stomach pain, Headache, Weight gain, Breast pain, Mood changes.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Elestra Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it preferably after the evening meal or at bed time.
