Eldigit 50mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called muscle relaxants. It is used along with general anesthesia or sedatives to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgical procedures. It is also used to facilitate emergency airway management in patients in intensive care.
Eldigit 50mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms, for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective.
The common side effects of this medicine are skin rash and high blood pressure. It may also cause allergic reactions in some people. If any of these side effects persist or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms.

What if you forget to take Eldigit Tablet?

Concurrent use may cause slow breathing and prolonged neuromuscular blocking effect.
Your doctor may monitor and adjust the dose of Pipecuronium Bromide to promote faster recovery. Pipecuronium Bromide may raise blood levels of Carbamazepine and its active form.
Your muscles may remain relaxed or weak for a longer than usual time. Your doctor may monitor your recovery phase. Clindamycin may increase the effect of Pipecuronium Bromide.
