How to use Eclor LA Tablet

Eclor la 375mg tablet is a cephalosporin antibiotic. It prevents bacteria from making their own protective cell wall. This causes the bacteria to rupture and finally death.

Expert advice for Eclor LA Tablet

Do not start or continue the cefaclor and consult your doctor:
  • If you have diarrhea, stomach infection, or a blood clotting disorder.
  • If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breast feeding.
  • If you have a metabolic disorder caused by a deficiency in the production of the liver enzyme phenylalanine (phenylketonuria).
  • If the infection is not found to be because of bacteria or when it is used for prevention of infection.
