Introduction of Defza Tablet

Defza 30 Tablet is a steroid. It is used for treatment of various diseases and conditions such as severe allergic reactions, asthma, and arthritis. It works by inhibiting the release of substances that cause inflammation or by changing how the immune system works.

Defza 30 Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it at the same times of each day to get the most benefit of the medicine. Do not stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.

Taking Defza 30 Tablet can make it harder for you to fight off infections. Tell your doctor if you have any signs of infection such as a fever or sore throat. If you are taking Defza 30 Tablet for a long term, you may need frequent medical tests to check for your vision and bone mineral density.

How to use Defza Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Defza 30 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Defza Tablet works

Deflazacort is a corticosteroid drug. It increases the level of glucocorticoid in the body and works by decreasing the formation of substances that cause inflammation and suppresses immunity to stops self damage to body by immune system (auto-immune reactions occurring in organ transplants or cancer).

Lactation

Defza 30 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Driving

Defza 30 Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Kidney
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Defza 30 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Defza 30 Tablet is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have any kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION
Defza 30 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Defza 30 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

What is the cause of increase level of IgE

Hi sir/Madam, my son completed 4 months on March 10th ( born on November 10, 2016). Some times I see that his eyes are not in co ordination with eachothet. I have attached a pic that I took yesterday for your reference. Last time ( he was 3 months old) when I met pediatrician he told it's normal till 4 or 5 months in kids. I wanted to check if this is normal and how long will it take to be like us. Or should I check with an eye specialist ? Pls help.

Hello, generally the accommodation and focussing of eyes happen by 5 months of age. If you notice any problem, please take an opinion of ophthalmologist to rule out congenital eye disorders.
