Clospas Oral Drops is used in the treatment of abdominal pain.

Clospas Oral Drops is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and Dimethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

It is known that the medicine passes into breast milk and may have serious side effects on an infant younger than 6 months of age. Do not breast-feed a baby while taking this medicine or else take advice about this from your doctor.
