Levocetirizine hydrochloride is antihistaminic medication that treats allergy symptoms such as runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Menthol works by producing a mild anesthetic action that relieves irritation and provides cooling sensation.
