Caltouch 6 Injection is given as an injection into the muscles under the supervision of a doctor.
For vitamin D deficiency, get 10-30 minutes of sun exposure thrice a week (light skin: 20-30 min, dark skin: 30-40 min). Include egg yolks, mushrooms, dairy, fortified foods, and oily fish in your diet.
Do not take antacids or any other medication 2 hours before or after taking Caltouch 6 Injection.
Other prescription or over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products may affect the Caltouch 6 Injection levels in the body. Tell your doctor about all your current medicines and any medicine you start or stop using.
