Product introduction

Bplan-DT Tablet Orange is also used to prevent stomach ulcers and acidity. This medicine should be taken one hour before a meal. The dose and duration of the treatment will depend on your underlying condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep on taking it as prescribed, even if your symptoms disappear quickly. You can increase the efficiency of the treatment by eating smaller meals more often and avoiding caffeinated drinks (like tea and coffee) and spicy or fatty foods.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, abdominal pain, constipation, and diarrhea. These symptoms are generally mild, but if they bother you or do not go away, consult your doctor. Long-term use of this medicine may increase the risk of side effects. For instance, using this medicine for more than one year may increase your risk of bone fractures, especially with higher doses. Talk to your doctor about ways to prevent bone loss (osteoporosis), such as taking calcium and vitamin D supplements.

Before taking Bplan-DT Tablet Orange, you need to tell your doctor if you have severe liver problems or are taking medicines for HIV. Also, if you have ever had an allergic reaction to similar medicines in the past or suffer from bone loss (osteoporosis). Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking it. Prolonged use of painkillers increases the risk of peptic ulcers.

Uses of Bplan Tablet MD

Benefits of Bplan Tablet MD

Acidity
Acidity occurs when the stomach produces excess acid, leading to a burning sensation in the chest or upper abdomen, often after meals or while lying down. This can cause discomfort, bloating, and interfere with daily life. Bplan-DT Tablet Orange helps reduce the amount of acid in the stomach, relieving the burning sensation and discomfort. It improves digestion and allows individuals to eat and rest more comfortably, restoring daily comfort and well-being.
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux)
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), also known as acid reflux, is a chronic condition where stomach acid frequently flows back into the food pipe, causing heartburn, chest discomfort, and irritation in the throat. If untreated, it can lead to long-term damage to the food pipe lining. Bplan-DT Tablet Orange helps control acid levels, reduces the frequency of reflux episodes, and eases associated symptoms. This leads to better sleep, less discomfort after meals, and an overall improvement in quality of life.
Peptic ulcer disease
Peptic ulcer disease involves the formation of painful sores in the lining of the stomach or upper intestine, often caused by excess acid or infection. These ulcers can lead to stomach pain, nausea, and even internal bleeding if not managed properly. Bplan-DT Tablet Orange aids in healing these ulcers by lowering stomach acid levels, promoting faster recovery, and preventing recurrence. This helps reduce pain, supports better digestion, and allows individuals to return to normal eating habits without fear of discomfort.

How Bplan Tablet MD works

Bplan-DT Tablet Orange is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach, which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn. It does this by inhibiting the action of proton pumps in the stomach lining, which are responsible for acid production. By lowering acid levels, Bplan-DT Tablet Orange helps promote the healing of ulcers, reduces irritation of the stomach and esophagus, and provides relief from acid-related discomfort.

Quick tips

  • Bplan-DT Tablet Orange should be taken 1 hour before a meal, preferably in the morning.

It works by reducing the amount of acid made by your stomach.
Bplan-DT Tablet Orange is taken on an empty stomach. It should be swallowed whole (remember not to chew or crush it) and taken at least 1 hour before a meal with some water.
It's best to avoid foods that trigger acidity and heartburn, as they can worsen your condition. These include fried or spicy foods, butter, oil, and caffeinated drinks like cola or tea.
Yes, Bplan-DT Tablet Orange is used in the management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and erosive gastritis in children. However, the safety and effectiveness of Bplan-DT Tablet Orange are established only in children between 1 and 17 years of age.
Bplan-DT Tablet Orange belongs to a class of medicines known as proton pump inhibitors. Bplan-DT Tablet Orange is used for the treatment of peptic ulcer disease (gastric and duodenal ulcers), reflux esophagitis or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It is also used to treat a disease associated with excessive acid production in the stomach known as Zollinger Ellison syndrome (ZES). It works by reducing the amount of acid made by your stomach.
If Bplan-DT Tablet Orange is used for more than 3 months, certain long term side effects may be seen. The most important of these is low magnesium levels in your blood which may make you feel tired, confused, dizzy, shaky or dizzy. You may also have muscle twitches or irregular heartbeat. If the use is further prolonged for more than a year, you may have an increased risk of bone fractures (due to decreased calcium levels in the blood), especially hip, wrist or spine, stomach infections and vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 deficiency can make you anemic, as a result of which you may feel more tired, weak, or pale. Additionally you may also have palpitations, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, indigestion, loss of appetite, flatulence (gas) or nerve problems such as numbness, tingling and problem in walking.
Your doctor or nurse will show you the correct way of giving Bplan-DT Tablet Orange through the nasogastric (NG) tube. Open the Bplan-DT Tablet Orange capsule and empty the granules into a syringe. Mix the contents with apple juice in the syringe and attach it to the NG tube and give directly into the stomach. Once given, flush the NG tube with more apple juice to clear the tube.
Usually, Bplan-DT Tablet Orange is taken once a day, first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. If you take Bplan-DT Tablet Orange twice a day, take 1 dose in the morning and 1 dose in the evening. The tablets should be swallowed whole (remember not be chewed or crushed) and taken at least 1 hour before a meal with some water.
Yes, Bplan-DT Tablet Orange may cause diarrhea as a side effect in some people. This is usually not bothersome, but if you experience persistent watery stools that do not go away, along with stomach cramps and fever, get medical help immediately. These symptoms are most likely because of the overgrowth of harmful bacteria called C. difficile and the diarrhea is known as Clostridium difficile–associated diarrhea (CDAD). Use of Bplan-DT Tablet Orange lowers the natural stomach acid which normally helps to kill bacteria and this can cause uncontrollable diarrhea associated with stomach cramps and fever.
No, alcohol intake is not advised with Bplan-DT Tablet Orange. Alcohol itself does not affect the working of Bplan-DT Tablet Orange, but it can increase the acid production. This may further cause worsening of your symptoms.
Yes, Bplan-DT Tablet Orange is relatively safe to use. Most of the people who take Bplan-DT Tablet Orange do not get a side effect. It is advised to be taken as directed by the doctor for maximum benefit.

Weight gain is reported in less than 1% of the patients taking Bplan-DT Tablet Orange but the exact cause is unknown. One possible explanation is higher food intake once the reflux symptoms are relieved. Lifestyle modifications such as proper diet and exercise can help to prevent weight gain.
You should preferably avoid foods that cause acidity and heartburn as they will only worsen your condition, for example: fried or spicy food, butter, oil, and juices, caffeinated drinks like cola or tea, drinks from citrus fruits like lemon water or orange juice and alcohol.
