Taking Besol with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Life-threatening

Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) (Injection Route)

It is recommended to wait at least 3 months after discontinuing a high dose of Betamethasone before taking Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted).
Severe

Infliximab (Injection Route)

You should watch for any unusual signs and symptoms of infection and report it to the doctor. Your doctor may monitor the blood cell counts and other investigations of infection.

Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) (Oral Route)

It is recommended to wait at least 3 months after discontinuing a high dose of Betamethasone before taking Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated). Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) may raise blood levels of Betamethasone and its active form.

Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine (Injection Route)

It is recommended to wait at least 3 months after discontinuing a high dose of Betamethasone before taking Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine.
