Common side effects of Bemptor-R40 Tablet include muscle pain, weakness, nausea, headache, and stomach discomfort. These effects are usually mild and temporary. However, contact your doctor if they persist, if you experience unexplained muscle pain, or if you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes.

Do not use Bemptor-R40 Tablet if you have liver disease. This medicine is also not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as it may harm the developing baby. If you have diabetes, monitor your blood sugar levels regularly, as Bemptor-R40 Tablet may cause a slight increase in blood sugar.
