Artigo Tablet should be taken with food to avoid stomach upset. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor and preferably at a fixed time each day. Do not skip any doses, but if you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Finish the full course of treatment and never stop this medicine suddenly without talking to your doctor.

Some common side effects of using this medication are dryness of mouth and stomach pain. To overcome dryness, it is advised to drink more water, always carry sugar candy or maintain oral hygiene. It can cause dizziness and sleepiness as well. So, do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Usually, it is advisable to avoid alcohol while taking the medicine.

Before taking this medicine, it is better to inform your doctor if you are suffering from peptic ulcer, asthma, or low blood pressure. You must inform your doctor if you are taking any other medicines regularly, as it may affect the way this medicine works for you. How Artigo Tablet works

Artigo Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate. Cinnarizine is a calcium channel antagonist which works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the microcirculation of the ear. Dimenhydrinate is an antiallergic. It blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) that is responsible for light-headedness in vertigo.

If you miss a dose of Artigo Tablet, you should skip the missed dose and take the next dose at its usual time and quantity. You should not take a double dose of Artigo Tablet to make up for a missed dose.

Can I stop taking Artigo Tablet if I feel well?

You should not stop taking Artigo Tablet until your doctor asks you to. If you stop taking Artigo Tablet earlier than advised, the symptoms of vertigo may reappear (dizziness and spinning).

What are the instructions for storage and disposal of Artigo Tablet?
