Arachitol 3L Injection is given as an injection into the muscles under the supervision of a doctor.
For vitamin D deficiency, get 10-30 minutes of sun exposure thrice a week (light skin: 20-30 min, dark skin: 30-40 min). Include egg yolks, mushrooms, dairy, fortified foods, and oily fish in your diet.
Do not take antacids or any other medication 2 hours before or after taking Arachitol 3L Injection.
Other prescription or over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products may affect the Arachitol 3L Injection levels in the body. Tell your doctor about all your current medicines and any medicine you start or stop using.
