Product introduction

Actime 600 Tablet can be taken after meals, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It should be taken with your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depend on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Dissolve the tablet in a glass of water and drink it immediately. Take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea and vomiting. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. Generally, it is advised to drink plenty of fluids while on treatment with this medicine.

Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you suffer from asthma, as close monitoring is required while taking this medicine. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Acetylcysteine may increase the effect of Nitroglycerin.

No, you should not start taking cough syrups without consulting your doctor. The cough syrups which suppress the cough should be avoided with this medication as it would interfere with the action of the medicine. Consult your doctor who will suggest an effective cough syrup that can increase the expectoration or sputum.
Yes, there are chances that Actime 600 Tablet may cause anemia. It has been observed that Actime 600 Tablet can cause a dose-related decrease in hemoglobin in the blood which could lead to anemia. Regular hemoglobin check is advised while taking Actime 600 Tablet and consult your prescribing doctor for his advice. If the patients develop anemia then in some cases blood transfusion is done to correct it.
