Shelcal -HD 12 Tablet is a combination of vitamins and minerals. Calcium carbonate prevents or treats negative calcium balance in the blood in low serum calcium conditions. Calcium is also required for the healthy muscles, bones, nervous system, and heart. Vitamin D3 works by helping the body use more of the calcium found in food or supplements. Cyanocobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that helps treat certain anemias and nerve problems.

What if you forget to take Shelcal Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Shelcal -HD 12 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
