Shelcal -HD 12 Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. The dose and duration of the treatment depend on your condition. Take the medicine for as long as your doctor has prescribed, even if you begin to feel better.

This medicine is usually safe with little or no side effects. However, if you experience any symptoms while on treatment with this medicine, let your doctor know. They may be able to help by adjusting the dose or suggesting ways to prevent them.

Before receiving Shelcal -HD 12 Tablet, inform the doctor if you have any other health conditions or are taking any other medicines. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are also advised to consult their doctors before receiving this medicine.

Shelcal -HD 12 Tablet is a nutritional supplement that helps in addressing various aspects of health. It provides highly absorbable calcium for bone health, enhances calcium absorption, promotes bone health, and prevents anemia. It also promotes healthy muscles, bones, nervous system, and heart. It is generally co-prescribed with other medicines for the treatment of various chronic conditions.

How to use Shelcal Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Shelcal -HD 12 Tablet may be taken with or without food.

How Shelcal Tablet works

Shelcal -HD 12 Tablet is a combination of vitamins and minerals. Calcium carbonate prevents or treats negative calcium balance in the blood in low serum calcium conditions. Calcium is also required for healthy muscles, bones, the nervous system, and the heart. Vitamin D3 works by helping the body use more of the calcium found in food or supplements. Cyanocobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that helps treat certain anemias and nerve problems.

Shelcal Tablet

Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking Shelcal -HD 12 Tablet as they make it harder for your body to absorb this medicine.
Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications, like antibiotics, or medicines for heart disease or bone disorders.
Drink plenty of water while taking this medicine.
Along with Shelcal -HD 12 Tablet, take a healthy diet, sleep for a minimum of 6-7 hours at night, and reduce stress levels.
