Reflora Z Capsule may be taken with or without food. However, take it regularly and at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Also, do not consume it in more than the recommended dose, as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, and complete the prescribed dosage even if you feel better. The medicine should be swallowed as a whole; hence, do not chew or crush it.

Common side effects of Reflora Z Capsule include bloating, nausea, vomiting, mouth sores, and diarrhea. They are usually mild and go away in time. However, if any of the side effects get worse or do not go away, consult a doctor.
