How Cal 123 Tablet works

Cal 123 Fem Tablet is a combination of calcitriol, calcium aspartate, calcium citrate, calcium orotate, soya isoflavones, and vitamin K2-7. Calcitriol, an active form of vitamin D, helps increase calcium absorption from the gastrointestinal tract and supports healthy calcium levels in the body. Calcium aspartate, calcium citrate, and calcium orotate provide the calcium required for bone formation and maintenance. Soya isoflavones help support bone strength and overall bone health, particularly in postmenopausal women. Vitamin K2-7 contributes to normal bone metabolism and helps maintain bone density. Together, these components support bone mineralization, skeletal strength, and overall bone health.

Quick tips

  • Engage in regular weight-bearing exercises such as walking, stair climbing, or resistance training to support bone strength.
  • Limit excessive caffeine, carbonated soft drinks, and alcohol intake, as they may reduce calcium utilization.
  • Inform your doctor if you are taking levothyroxine, antibiotics, vitamin D supplements, aspirin, duloxetine, or other prescription medicines.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised by your doctor.
  • Discuss treatment with your doctor if you have a history of kidney stones, high calcium levels, kidney disease, or vitamin D toxicity.
  • Continue supplementation for the duration recommended by your doctor, even if you feel well.
  • Maintain adequate hydration, particularly if you are prone to kidney stone formation.
