The Reactive Nitrogen Species (RNS) - Lower Limbs test is used to detect the neuromuscular disorders in the legs. It is variation of nerve conduction study and stimulation is provided to the nerves and their response is monitored. RNS is performed to know the reason behind nerves weakness and pain.

This test helps in the diagnosis of disorders such as Myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome and Botulism.
