PulmoCORE Panel 11

pulmoCORE Panel 11 consists of a series of tests that identifies clinically relevant genomic alterations within the various that are most frequently altered in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). The panel includes testing of oncogenes such as EFR, ALK, ROS-1 and MET genes. This panel determines patients who are most likely to respond to specific therapies related to NSCLC so that  doctors can make timely diagnostic decisions and effective therapeutic choices. It allows the doctors to identify patients who may benefit from treatment with medicines for NSCLC such as Crizotininb, Ceritinib, and Alectinib. This panel also allows for early detection of cancer as it is the most important step in ensuring a favorable prognosis, and timely intervention can reduce the risk of developing cancer.
