PulmoCORE 5 Gene Panel with MET (FISH)

pulmoCORE 5 Gene Panel with MET (FISH) detects clinically relevant genomic alterations within the 5 genes that are most frequently altered in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). The panel checks for genetic alterations in EGFR, BRAF, ALK, ROS1, and MET by a process called fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). The panel also checks for patients who have developed resistance to these gene inhibitors. This panel allows for early detection of cancer as it is the most important step in ensuring a favorable prognosis, and timely intervention can reduce the risk of developing cancer.
