PulmoCORE 12 Gene Panel - 1

pulmoCORE 12 gene panel-1 is a next generation sequencing based assay that identifies genetic changes (mutations) in 12 different genes associated with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). This panel includes testing of all the relevant genes that are most frequently altered NSCLC including ALK, BRAF, EGFR, ERGG2, KRAS, MAP2K1, MET, NRAS, PIK3CA, RET, ROS1 and TP53. It uses a specialized Ventana PD-L1 SP142 predictive assays which identify patients who are most likely to respond to specific therapies related to NSCLC so that  doctors can make timely diagnostic decisions and therapeutic choices like atezolizumab.
