A Magnetic Resonance Imagining (MRI) Both Shoulder Joint is used to visualise the bones of the shoulder joint along with the surrounding soft tissues like the tendons, ligaments, muscles and blood vessels.
This test is prescribed by the doctor to diagnose any fracture of the bones that form the shoulder joint and to find any suspected shoulder dislocation, frozen shoulder, and arthritis of this joint.

Tell your radiologist if you have metallic implants like pacemakers, cochlear implants, aneurysm clips, neuro-stimulators, surgical staples/clips, or drug implants.

Pregnant women should inform their doctor about their pregnancy before going for an MRI.

Informed consent is required.
