Hereditary Breast & Ovarian Cancer Risk – Comprehensive Test will report on any familial mutations in 4 prominent genes associated with Breast & Ovarian Cancer plus an additional 15 related genes of significance. This test covers the following 19 genes: ATM, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, CDH1, CHEK2, EPCAM, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, NBN, NF1, PALB2, PMS2, PTEN, RAD51C, RAD51D, STK11, TP53. A positive result will mean the presence of harmful mutations that increase the chance of acquiring Breast or Ovarian cancer in one’s lifetime.
