Generally, no special preparation is needed for the Allergy - Weeds Pollen Panel, ImmunoCAP. It is important to inform the doctor about any medications being taken (e.g., antihistamines), as they may affect the results. 

A positive test result means that there may be an allergy to one or more of the weeds in this panel. Conversely, a negative result means that the individual is not allergic to those weeds. However, it does not eliminate the possibility of allergies to other substances not covered in this panel.
