3D-CT Scan Left Ankle Joint

3D CT Left Ankle Joint is an X-ray imaging technique that captures detailed images of the left ankle joint. It can detect fractures, soft tissue injury, deformities, infection, arthritis, and the condition of the blood vessels in the left ankle joint region. A high dose of radiation takes hundreds to thousands of images from different angles and cross-sections of the left ankle. The scan usually takes up to 10 to 15 minutes.
People may experience mild side effects like nausea, abdominal issues, or vomiting due to the radiation. Pregnant women must avoid radiation scans. Metal wearings must be removed from the body before the scan. Abnormal results like inflammation, ligament injuries, arthritis, etc., must be consulted to the expert doctor for the appropriate treatment.
