Wofer S 20mg Injection is generally given by a doctor or nurse. You should not self-administer this medicine at home. You will be watched carefully to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction. Your doctor will decide how many doses you need depending on the cause of your anemia, it may help to eat a well-balanced diet that has enough iron, vitamins, and minerals. Good sources of iron include meat, eggs, raisins, broccoli, and lentils.
