R-Loc D Tablet is a prescription medicine. गैस्ट्रोइसोफेगल रिफ्लक्स डिजीज (एसिड रिफ्लक्स) और पेप्टिक अल्सर डिजीज के इलाज में इसका इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. यह सीने में जलन, पेट दर्द या अपच से राहत दिलाता है. यह मिचली या उल्टी को रोकने के लिए पेट में भोजन की गति को बढ़ावा देता है.

R-Loc D Tablet is a combination of two medicines. इसे डॉक्टर द्वारा बताए गए डोज़ और समय तक लिया जाना है. अगर आप कोई खुराक लेना भूल गए हैं, तो जैसे ही आपको याद आए, उसे ले लें. चाहे आप बेहतर महसूस करें तो भी इलाज का पूरा कोर्स खत्म करें. अधिक खुराक शरीर के लिए नुकसानदायक हो सकता है.
