Moxirel-P Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of bacterial eye infections. It kills and stops the multiplication of bacteria that causes infection. This way it helps in relieving redness, itching, and swelling.
Moxirel-P Eye Drop is to be used only in the affected eye in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. इस दवा का इस्तेमाल करने से पहले अपने हाथों को धोएं. यह सलाह दी जाती है कि उपयोग से पहले निर्देशों के लिए लेबल की जांच करें. बेहतर महसूस होने के बावजूद भी दवा की कोई खुराक ना छोड़ें और इलाज का कोर्स पूरा खत्म करें. दवा बहुत जल्द बंद करने से इन्फेक्शन वापस हो सकते हैं या बिगड़ सकते हैं.
