Megalis-D 10mg/30mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of premature ejaculation in adult men. यह पुरुषों को इरेक्शन प्राप्त करने में मदद करने के लिए शिश्न में रक्त प्रवाह बढ़ाता है. इस दवा का इस्तेमाल तभी करें जब डॉक्टर ने इसकी सलाह दी हो.

Megalis-D 10mg/30mg Tablet works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited. इसे खाने के साथ या बिना खाए लिया जा सकता है.. Take it as advised by your doctor, before having sexual activity.

How Megalis-D Tablet works

Megalis-D 10mg/30mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which treat premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. डैपोक्सेटाइन एक सलेक्टिव सेरोटोनिन री-अपटेक इनहिबिटर (एसएसआरआई) है जो तंत्रिकाओं में सेरोटोनिन का स्तर बढ़ाता है ताकि इजेक्यूलेशन पर नियंत्रण में सुधार हो सके और इजेक्यूलेशन में लगने वाले समय में बढ़ोत्तरी हो सके.
