How to use Dolcinac Gel

यह दवाई केवल बाहरी इस्तेमाल के लिए है. इसे डॉक्टर द्वारा बताई गई खुराक और अवधि के अनुसार लें. इस्तेमाल करने के पहले लेवल की जांच कर लें. प्रभावित क्षेत्र को साफ और सूखा लें और जेल लगाएं. इसे लगाने के बाद अपने हाथों को धो लें, अगर प्रभावित हिस्सा हाथ पर ही हो तो हाथ ना धोएं.

How Dolcinac Gel works

Dolcinac MR Gel is a combination of five medicines: Diclofenac, Linseed Oil, Menthol, Methyl Salicylate, and Thiocolchicoside which relieves pain and relax the muscles. डिक्लोफेनक एक नॉन-स्टेरॉयडल एंटी-इंफ्लामेटरी ड्रग (एनएसएआईडी) है जो मस्तिष्क में कुछ केमिकल मैसेंजर को निकलने से रोकता है जिनकी वजह से दर्द और इंफ्लेमेशन (लालिमा और सूजन) होता है. अलसी का तेल में एंटी-इंफ्लामेटरी गुण होता है जिससे गठिया होने पर यह सूजन को कम करता है. मेन्थोल और मिथाइल सैलिसिलेट का इस्तेमाल टॉपिकल एनाल्जेसिक (दर्द निवारक) के रूप में किया जाता है. यह पहले त्वचा को ठंडा करता है उसके बाद गर्म करता है. यह कूलिंग और वार्मिंग ऐक्शन दर्द संकेतों में हस्तक्षेप करता है जो क्षतिग्रस्त नसों और मस्तिष्क के माध्यम से गुजरते हैं. थियोकोल्कोकोसाइड गैर विध्रुवीकारी तंत्रिका मांसपेशी अवरोधी घटक नामक दवाओं की श्रेणी से सम्बन्ध रखता है. यह मांसपेशियों की अकड़न या स्पाज्म से राहत पाने और मांसपेशियों के मूवमेंट में सुधार के लिए मस्तिष्क और स्पाइनल कॉर्ड के केंद्रों पर काम करता है.
