परिचय

Checal Tablet is a mineral supplement used to treat or prevent calcium deficiency. It works by providing easily absorbable calcium that supports strong bones, healthy muscles, and proper nerve function.

Take Checal Tablet regularly as advised by your doctor to maintain healthy calcium levels. Skipping doses may reduce its benefits for bone and muscle health. For best results, follow the prescribed dose and timing consistently.

Common side effects of Checal Tablet include bloating and abdominal swelling. Some people may also experience constipation, nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite. Headache, increased thirst, or frequent urination may also occur. Rarely, long-term use can lead to kidney stone formation.

Precaution is needed before using Checal Tablet in people with kidney disease, kidney stones, low stomach acid, pancreatic disorders, sarcoidosis, or difficulty absorbing nutrients. It is not recommended for those with active kidney stones, kidney disease, overactive parathyroid, high calcium levels in blood or urine, or severe dehydration.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should use it only under a doctor’s guidance, as it can help support calcium needs and reduce pregnancy-related risks like high blood pressure.
