Azatend Injection is given as an injection under the medical supervision of a doctor. आपका डॉक्टर निर्णय लेगा कि आवश्यक खुराक क्या है और आपको कितनी बार इसे लेने की जरूरत है. यह इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा कि आपका इलाज किस स्थिति के लिए चल रहा है और यह समय-समय पर बदल सकता है. आपको इसे ठीक वैसे लेना चाहिए जैसा आपके डॉक्टर ने बताया हो. इसे गलत तरीके से या अधिक मात्रा में लेने से बहुत गंभीर साइड इफेक्ट हो सकते हैं. आपको दवा के फायदे दिखने या महसूस होने में कई हफ्ते या महीने लग सकते हैं लेकिन जब तक आपका डॉक्टर न कहे इसे लेना बंद न करें.

इस दवा के सबसे आम साइड इफेक्ट में इंजेक्शन वाली जगह पर रिएक्शन (दर्द, सूजन, लालिमा), उल्टी, कमजोरी , और मिचली आना शामिल हैं. अगर आप इनसे परेशान हैं या स्थिति गंभीर होती जा रही है, तो अपने डॉक्टर को बताएं. उन्हें कम करने या रोकने के तरीके हो सकते हैं.. इस दवा के साथ इलाज करवाने के दौरान कोई भी टीका लगवाने से पहले आपको अपने डॉक्टर को सूचित करना चाहिए. हृदय, लिवर और किडनी के अलावा अपने रक्त कोशिकाओं को चेक करने के लिए नियमित ब्लड टेस्ट की आवश्यकता होती है.
